Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs (if prepaid by Lionheart Safety) may be deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lionheart Safety is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments and cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
