30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Refundable Items
For safety, compliance, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- All food and water products
- All first-aid and medical supplies
- All emergency response items
- Custom or personalized products
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Defective or Damaged Items
We will gladly replace any item that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect — without question.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue. We will promptly arrange a replacement.
Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

European Union Customers
If merchandise is shipped to the European Union, customers may cancel or return eligible items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. Items must meet the same unused and original-condition requirements listed above.
