First-Aid / CPR / AED (7 hrs)

This course is a combined adult CPR, AED, and first aid training program designed specifically for the occupational first aid provider. This extremely flexible program will help employers meet OSHA and other federal and state regulatory requirements for training employees how to respond and care for medical emergencies at work. The program is based upon the 2010 International Consensus on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Science with Treatment Recommendations (CoSTR) and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.

CPR / AED (3 hrs)

This course is a combined adult, child, and infant CPR and AED program designed specifically for persons who are occupationally required or just desire to have CPR and AED knowledge and skills.The program is based upon the 2010 International Consensus on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Science with Treatment Recommendations (CoSTR) and other evidence-based treatment recommendations.

Bloodborne Pathogens (1.5 hrs)

Bloodborne Pathogens in the Workplace is designed to provide students with the essential knowledge necessary to help reduce or eliminate the occupational risk of bloodborne pathogens. The training program teaches the information every employee who has occupational exposure needs to know to avoid accidental exposure to potentially infectious materials and to manage an accidental exposure if one occurs.

Oxygen First Aid for Emergencies (1.5 hrs)

Oxygen First Aid for Emergencies is designed to give students the knowledge and skills necessary to provide emergency oxygen to a suddenly ill or injured patient until more advanced medical help can be obtained.

Fire Extinguisher Training (1.5 hrs)

This course is a combination of classroom learning and hands-on training. LIONHEART SAFETY instructors are off-duty Firefighters who provide a real-world experience with life and property safety in mind. Students will become familiar with different types of fires and their associated extinguishment agent (extinguisher), as well as "Go" vs. "No-Go" situations. Students can become 90% more effective in the use of a fire extinguisher with basic awareness training while maintaining a high level of safety. Every student will actually use a water extinguisher during a simulated fire emergency.

Earthquake Preparedness (1hr)

This course was designed to provoke awareness, calm fears, and to prepare the students for the next big quake. LIONHEART Safety, LLC developed this course at the request of one of our large downtown San Francisco clients and it has since become very popular in both the corporate setting as well as home and personal audiences. This corse outlines an awareness level of what to do Before, During, and After the next big quake, with a heavy emphasis on preparation and situational awareness.

First-Aid / CPR / AED / Blood Borne Pathogens (8hrs)

is a comprehensive course that certifies the student in 4 distinct disciplines of safety training.  This course is designed for individuals who are required to have workplace safety training, as well as a blood borne pathogen course.  

CPR with Emergency oxygen administration (4.5 hrs)

is a CPR class with adult, child, and infant CPR, AED, and choking emergencies for one and two rescuers, with the added certification of emergency oxygen administration.
